The management of Harland Simon plc is committed to the design, provision and continuing support of bespoke technical solutions that fully meet customer requirements at an acceptable cost.

Harland Simon plc operates a Quality System that fully meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008. Our personnel are trained to understand, endorse and implement all working procedures described in our Quality Assurance Manual and associated documentation. Senior management will review the entire Quality System at least once annually to ensure its continuing suitability.

Harland Simon will ensure that all products and services we provide:

  • Conform to contract specifications
  • Are delivered within the required timescales
  • Meet required standards of performance and reliability
  • Satisfy all relevant statutory and safety requirements
We will work closely with our customers to ensure that their current and future expectations are understood. We will also work with our suppliers to ensure that all bought-in products are of a satisfactory standard.
Harland Simon recognises the importance that the quality of our service has to the future of our business. All pertinent aspects of the Company’s operation will be comprehensively audited and examined at regular intervals and the findings used in the setting of new improvements and objectives.
